Cannot open calc worksheet

Can open other worksheets. Tis seemed to happen after 7.0.5 update

Component cannot be loaded, possibly broken or incomplete installation.

Full error message:
loading component library <file:///C:/Program%20Files/LibreOffice/program/…/program/sclo.dll> failed.

Removed and re-installed calc in Libreoffice. all now seems fine.
