I am using PCLinuxos and until last week I could print mail merge letters fine Version: 5.0.3.2

I can print a standard document from libreoffice, the normal print dialogue box comes up and it prints fine.
If I try and mail merge it says “Your document contains address database fields. Do you want to print a form letter?”
I choose Yes as normal, choose the ones I want to merge, press OK (It is set to printer not file) and the box goes away but the “Printer box” does not come up to offer me copies etc. Nothing prints out.
It was working before I went away for a few days and has now stopped. I have done a system update.
I have tried re-installing CUPS and libreoffice but it still does the same.
I am running KDE minime with extra packages fully updated using kernel 4.1.9-pclos1
Any ideas much appreciated.
