Can't find "Undo" options in 7.6.4.1

I looked carefully and my version of LO doesn’t even have a “Memory” section in the options like the help files say the Undo options are under. What am I missing, here?

Memory Undo was removed from Options Memory in 2016, tdf#97279

Undo steps is available in Expert configuration (tdf#99637), current default is 100.

Purely for prevention of RSI, you might be better using File > Save a Copy if you think you want to go back to an earlier version of a document. Or you could use something Timestamp Backup » Extensions

How do I set memory (RAM) allocation in newer versions of Libre Office?

tdf#110448 is more relevant: I filed and implemented it without even knowing of that wiki page. The relevant expert settings are listed there right in the first message (I made a typo there: “GraphibManager” should had been “GraphicManager”). The change was announced in release notes for 6.0.
