LibreOffice - Installing under Windows 10 / 11
Of course, I’ve done all the online instructions, but after doing all that, it just displays the window I posted saying help is not installed. So the question is what to do next, I also tried loading it in libeoffice safe mode, and that didn’t help. It seems like something basic is missing.

The help pack is a separate download which needs installing separately.
If you are using Edge browser, don’t allow Edge to install, but save the file to a location and double click the file to install it.
Make a note of you any notifications you get if it falls to install. You might need to turn off your anti virus temporarily if it is over protective.
Yes, some basic informations on the OS you use, version of LibreOffice and perhaps also hardware, if you have something other than the usual x64-computer.

The two answers you got, can help to install OFFLINE help on Windows, while your title/question reads ONLINE help, but I guess they are right, because of the error-message.

On Linux with snap or flatpack, we often see problems when browsers are not allowed to access the place, where the offline help is stored. Same can be true, if some security system prevents access on Windows.

Another problem: Versions have to match exactly, so a download for a different version will probably not been found.
PS: I will change the tag “base” for this thread, as Base is the Database-connector of LibreOffice.
Sorry, I should have included more info, It’s Windows 11 will all updates, and a Dell Desktop, also with updates, I’ve attached info for Libreoffice . It is the offline help I’m looking for, when you press F1, etc, that gives the error msg that it’s not installed.
