Character style: White outline with standard black filler

In Libreoffice Writer:

Currently there is a Character style checkbox named “Outline” under “Font Effects” .
That effect will convert the filler of the character into white, while only a thin black “character-border” will stay.

I want exactly the opposite:
Having the standard black filler to stay in each character, while only providing an additional “character border” which has a white color.

The purpose of this is to ensure that the characters are easily readable - because I want to stamp them on another PDF.

Enter the text into a text box in Draw, then click Shape - Convert - To curve. Modify the line and fill to suit. Copy and paste into your pdf editor, or File - Export and choose svg or png for the stamp.

It occurs to me that there is such a possibility for short phrases in Writer

  1. Click Insert > Fontwork
  2. Select Snow from the panel and OK
  3. Double click the word Snow and select all the characters. Replace with your own text. Press Enter
  4. Resize the bounding box to resize the lettering to suit.
  5. The white outline might be too thick or too thin so with the fontwork selected, click Properties in the sidebar and adjust the line thickness

Or you can add a Glow to the result to get a third colour
