Class not registered

I’m have LibreOffice installed :

CPU Threads: 8; Versie besturingssysteem:Windows 6.19; UI Render: GL;
Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL

Windows 8 Pro, using IronPortable as Browser “Chrome Fork”, Installed on E partition
Issue:
On the start screen when I click on the extension button I get the following error msg:

http//extensions.libreoffice.org/nl

Klasse is niet geregisteerd (Transl: Class is not registered)

Same issue when pressing F1 in the Help Menu

It has to do with the portable version of Iron Browser I made it my standard browser
I switch back to IE, restart and it is working fine now
