Combine SUM and LOOKUP across multiple sheets

I have multiple tabs representing the month & year (Mar_2024, Apr_2024, May_2024 etc) containing alcohol products. With the occasional introduction and removal of alcohols and the list being in alphabetical order, they aren’t always on the same row.
How can I combine a sum and lookup function function that would span multiple tabs?
