Compatibility for versions 24 and 25

Hello all, quick question: I downloaded both Libre Office 25 and also 24 (whose support is going to be discontinued this year.). It says I Cann’t install it because it is not compatible with my apple OS. Yet I am way above the specs they wrote.
I have OS 12.7.4 I have 8 gig of RAM, an intel processor, and the screen specs are fine too. In short it is a 2015 MacBook Air but it runs beautifully and I have installed other current software on it.
Can someone tell me why it is saying it is not compatible?

Did you download a DMG for Apple Silicon, when you need Intel version maybe?

Yes! I didn’t know what that meant. But the Libre Office site is only offering that, I didn’t see another option…
