I have conditional formats with ranges like this:
A:A
B:B
C:C
D:D
E:E
F:F
But when I duplicate the sheet, the new sheet has ranges like this:
A:A
B:B,C:E
F:F
Is there a fix or work around?
I am using version 7.5.4.2.

I can recreate this, but found a solution for my spreadsheet.
But since this does not have to work in your sheet as well,
I believe that the Conditions of column B, C, D and E are the same, Calc only grouped them.
