Conditional Formatting with Icon Set

I want to import the Excel 2010 report where for some cells conditional Formatting with icon set is present. But i am unable to import the format.

Kindly let me know how i can get this conditional formatting in libreoffice. I am dealing with 120 Excel sheets and prepare the formatting with VBA, so i need to do the automation in libreoffice.

Refer my answer here. It appears that at about the time this question was asked (October 2013) icon sets for this facility were being developed / implemented.
