Conditional text of mergefield from original .docx file doesn't show

Hi

In my job as a software developer, I’ve received a task that is about mergefields and conditional text from a .docx file created on Microsoft Word.
The issue is that the conditions are not with content from that .docx file, it simply says Conditional text:

When clicking on one of the conditional texts, everything is without anything

Is there a fix to this?
I’m running on a Ubuntu Jammy 22.04.1 LTS.
