Convert macro to an Icon

Hello.

I have recorded a macro that converts English numbers to Persian (Farsi) numbers.
The macro works fine, but I have to run it through the macros list every time.
Is there a way to turn my macro into an icon in the LibreOffice toolbar?

Have you already tried choose Tools - Customization - Toolbars tab?
