Copy and paste a numbered paragraph without incrementing numbers

I have a section that has 6 numbered items that I am trying to copy and paste so I have multiple copies of the same 6 items on a page. When I copy and paste, the item numbers are incremented. I have read a multitude of documentation, questions etc. I feel like this is a simple question, but I cannot figure out how to turn off the numbering when I copy the information.

I would appreciate it if someone could help. I have uploaded a copy of the document.

Please place the cursor in the first line of your list with 1.
Please klick in Menue >> Format - List - Restart Numbering
Then you can copy your list and it will be restart with 1.
