Hello,
I am unable to open the document I uploaded here:

The error details are:
SAXException: [word/document.xml line 2]: Opening and ending tag mismatch: rPr line 0 and ins
and when it open it appears as a blank document, with all the content gone. Could someone advice what is the problem?
