Corrupted .rtf file

Hello everyone. I’m currently working with a .rtf document that has the embed fonts option enabled.

The problem is that when working with a document in Microsoft Word, everything works well. But if the document is opened in LibreOffice Writer (the version does not matter, I tried both 6.0.0.1 and 7.3.1), then the document is damaged. That is, the document is not displayed correctly, the table inside the document is broken. If you open it again in Microsoft Word, the document remains “corrupted”. But if BEFORE that, turn off the embed fonts option in Microsoft Word and then open it in Libre Office, then everything will work fine.

I think that the problem is related to this, but I solved this problem by switching from Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2019, but even on Windows Server 2019 the problem with .rtf remains. The same problem exists on Windows 10.

Can you tell me how to fix the problem so that the embed fonts function remains active?

Thanks!

P.S.
Sorry, I can’t provide the actual file. It contains very important customer information. When editing or replacing text and after saving, the file is also saved damaged for the Word program. Therefore, I will leave a link to the image of the “normal” file and the damaged one.

Why do you save in RTF Format?

It could be a compatibility problem.

Basically:

Recommendation for clean working with LibreOffice when different Office programs are used.
Always create and save your files in LibreOffice and save them in ODF format (ODT, ODS, etc.).
Always keep these files as their source.
If you need other formats for distribution to partners, you can open an ODF file and save and distribute another format with ″ Save as… ″.
This way, you always have working files available in your system environment.

To do this, edit your initial question. Thank you.

The only problem is that the client uses Microsoft Word for work, and the program through which he uploads the file uses LibreOffice. That is, the client does not even have Libre Office installed on the local machine. I described this in the previous question, to which I left a link because I think that the problems are related. And as I wrote above, there is no problem if you do not use embed fonts in Microsoft Word. So I don’t think it’s related to what you answered. But thanks anyway.
