Corrupted sheet; 1st column missaligned by one row

I have a sheet of 760 rows & 5 columns. While editing around row 302 I have discovered that the data in all columns to the right are misalligned by one row. I need to move the initial column down by one row. Is it possible to do that?

Choose menu Sheet - Insert Cells.
or
Press Ctrl++ and choose Shift cells down.

THanks for reply.
Sorry, too much of an amateur. Tried Ctrl + + and nothing appeared. Don’t know where menu appears.
I will need to find where the rot started too - my problem, not yours.

Ctrl++ depends on UI language and/or keyboard layout. Use menu Sheet → Insert Cells… (which also displays the active shortcut).
