The Base form you mention is a simple form. If that is a problem, you should refer to the LO Documentation for Base.
As for exporting it to Google calendar, that is something probably not found in this specific forum. That will require writing an interface using the Google Calendar API. See comment in this post → Post an Event on to Google Calendar / Macro-PushButton
