I am trying to produce a timesheet with 15 minutes intervals, but my current approach
07:00-07:15
07:15-07:30
07:30-07:45
07:45-08:00
08:00-08:15
…
is pretty tedious because I have not figured out how to automagically create said intervals. Any suggestion will be gratefully received!
If you just use the startt ime of the 15 minute intervals:
07:00
07:15
Select both and drag down with the handle at bottom right of lower cell.
If your cells contain not text, but date/time, then try to select two cells and drag down. Calc should detect the difference between the two cells as increment.

The other option would be to use a formula and add the 15 minutes to the value of the upper cell, then drag down the formula.
Apologies for being a luddite, but how do I put date/time in the cells? at the moment is ‘typed by hand’ text

enter 7:30 into some Cell and calc interpretes it as 7 hours and 30 minutes.
nitpicking: its exactly interpreted as Date 1899-12-30 7:30
