Cursor movement when Enter pressed in Calc

Libre office seems to have re dowloaded and ALL my settings have gone. When I press Enter cursor moves to cell below. I know thre is away to stop this but I cannot find it.

Auto actions in calc

Suddenly now 3 new unwanted effects Press Enter and instead of remaining on the cell it moves to cell beow Before deleting data in a cell confirmation of action is requested Before pasting data into a cell containing data confirmation of action is requested Where ca these actions be removed.
