Das geht über das Menü “Extras” → “Anpassen”. Im Dialog “Anpassen” muss man zuerst in der Liste unten links ("Bereich") den Eintrag “Bearbeiten” auswählen und in der mittleren Liste ("Funktion") den Eintrag “Format übertragen”. Dann kann man für diese Funktion eine neue Tastenkombination angeben.
