Hello! In LibreOffice Draw, is it possible to change the default settings in such a way that
a) the font is always arial;
b) the font is always 12pt;
c) the line color is always black.
If the project-independent default settings cannot be changed, is it possible to specify the default settings for individual projects?
The hard coded defaults can’t be changed, but you can create a template and edit the Default Drawing Style for it.
If you make this template the standard, the settings are used for every new drawing that’s not explicitly based on a different template.
This is an example template for drawings:

You can also save such a template without any drawing objects (single empty page).
