Deletion of libxsit.dll

I downloaded a new version of Libreoffice yesterday. Many of my documents will not now load and the message is
"Code execution cannot proceed because libxsit.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem. "
Where can I safely download libxsit.dll ?

Your information is very vague and does not make it possible to find an answer.

Please tell us:

  • What operating system are you using?
  • Which LibreOffice version did you download and where?
  • Do you have LibreOffice installed?
  • Have you tried to reinstall?
  • You specified Base as the tag, where is the context?

Thank you.

I bet you are on Windows (although it’s important to follow @Hrbrgr advise and post the data yourself, not expecting others to guess); and please never download missing DLLs to fix such problems. If needed, you should try to re-install software that somehow failed to install everything it needs.

libxslt.dll is a DLL that must be installed by LibreOffice installer into its installation folder (typically C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program). Please re-install LibreOffice from its official site (which is suggested by the message you see, by the way).

Thank you for your advice. I reinstalled Libreoffice and now all is well
