In msi I set
REGISTER_NO_MSO_TYPES=1
and
REGISTER_ALL_MSO_TYPES=0
No effect.
After installation when I open *.docx windows asks “how do you want to open this file”

I am not sure that in Windows 10 that apps can do anything more than register the file types they can open. Defaults are (mis)managed by Windows, following some upgrades to Windows you have to set default file types back to the way you had them previously.
Right click on each MS file type and select Open with > Choose another app, click on Always use this app to open [file extension] type then click on the relevant MS Office program and OK.
Or click Start menu > Settings > Apps > Default Apps and in the right-hand pane scroll down near the bottom and click on the link Set defaults by app and go through each MS program setting each file type.
Deploy without window “how do you want to open this file” at the end.
