Disable automatic update from the master template

According to what was reported below (here):

Automatic Update

Most template types – Draw templates are the exception – have an automatic-update feature. If a style in the template has been changed, and you open a document created with that template, you will see a message asking whether to update the styles in the document.

I wanted to ask if there was a way to:

  1. Create a template with this function disabled (I would like a new file resulting from my template to lose the connection with the parent template)

  2. Delete the link with the parent template for a existing file (without having to use the macro in the example)

If you create a template and save it in a different folder to those listed in Tools - Options - LibreOffice - Paths then the created documents will not be updated if the template is changed

Install the Template Changer extension and break the link between the document and the template.

If you later change your mind, you can also rebase the document on the template of your choice.
