All documents disappeared while not using the application. There are thumbnails on the Recent Documents, when you click on them, the following message appears: Error… does not exist.

You are probably using the LibreOffice preview of recently used documents.
This view of the documents only contains links to the original documents.
So if you move your documents in the file manager of your operating system, for example, your links will no longer have a connection.
Use the file manager of your operating system to find the files.

I rarely use this application, for two years and I have all my documents in the same place Recent Documents, were able to open them. Now there is one case: two identical documents with the same name, one opens and the other has the mentioned Error. And one case where an idiotic message appears: “Object not accessible. The object cannot be accessed due to insufficient user rights.”
