Are you asking whether you can use the tablet as an input device? If so, sure, you can use it to move the pointer and click on things, just like in any other program.
On the other hand, if you’re asking whether LibreOffice has support for special input like angle, tilt, and pressure, then the answer is no. There is no painting program in LO (like Krita in Calligra), so what would you expect to do with these features anyway?
It will just make Impress an impressive alternative to PowerPoint.
