hi made a donation last week…never recived the recite…and cant download the document…please help…

You are invited to donate but the download does not depend on your decision. Simply wait for its start, or, if it doesn’t start automatically for a technical reason, click the offered link “manually pick a mirror” (or similar) to bypass the automatism. (That’s the way many download sites handle it.)
As far as I know there is no way to get a receipt for a donation.

Thank you for your support to the Foundation and LibreOffice. To obtain a receipt from the foundation, I think that you must address an email to the general list indicated on the Contact page. Indicate the reference and method of payment of the donation, also indicate whether the receipt must be a letter or if an email is enough and your mailing address.
