Double-clicking a file do not open Writer

(LibreOffice 5.4 and Windows10). Since this morning, double-clicking a file nor right-click/Open With will open. The hourglass shows for one second and that’s it.

Same thing if in Start menu click on LIBREOFFICE (Safe Mode) or LibreOffice Writer…

That do not work either:

I have read Not to reinstal LibreOffice. What to do?

C:\Users\Utilisateur>"%ProgramFiles%\LibreOffice\program\soffice"

This is not the correct path to the application. It should read: "%ProgramFiles%\LibreOffice\program\soffice" and this means something corrupts your Windows registry.
