I updated LO to 7.0 today. The older version has worked on my computer (Windows10) for years. Now when I click on both the shortcut and the dropdown in the startup menu, it shows the loading circle and then nothing at all happens. I ran webroot and it showed no malware. I ran troubleshooter and it says the program is incompatible.
Troubleshooter says it is incompatible
According to System Requirements your troubleshooter (whatever it is) tells nonsense without further notice of the reason.
