Draw: all my text disappeared

I just opened up a couple drawings and noticed all my text has disappeared and i cannot add any; when i try to insert text, the box remains blank (though when i click the undo button, the dialogue states my text). How do i get my text back?

Which LibreOffice version do you use? Go to Help > About. Click on the button to copy the information into the clipboard. Then edit your question here and paste the information.

Everything was working fine when i opened it a couple weeks ago, but, now, my text is gone.

Are you sure it is gone or does it only have a wrong color? Click into the drawing and then ctrl-A to mark it (if it is there). Then set a font color explicitly.

Do you use a MS Office format or a native LibreOffice format?

I’m NOT sure it’s gone; i tried changing the color but i can’t find an option–where do i look?
