Dutch spell checking

I installed Libreoffice 4.0 on Windows7.
My Dutch spellchecking does not work. How can I solve it?

Menu Tools → Extension Manager…

Does it show “Dutch spelling dictionary, and hyphenation rules 2.0.0 (OpenTaal)”?

Menu Tools → Language → For all Text

Select: Dutch (Netherlands)

If not available:

Menu Tools → Language → For all Text → More…

Default languages for documents → Western

Select: Dutch (Netherlands)
