Dynamic array, calc using hashtag as a formule extension

In Excel dynamic ranges can be extended with a hashtag. What I mean. For instance this request: =A1 vs =A1#. Where the spill is only one cell vs a complete array.
Is anywhere a discussion on that topic for Calc? Is anywhere a feature request or plan to introduce this in Calc. Can anyone tell me on that topic? I couldn’t find it yet.
