Embedded Videos not working in Impress on .pptx created in PowerPoint

Hi all,
The title is fairly self-explanatory. I refurbished an old laptop for my Civil Air Patrol squadron to run attendance and be a backup to run the projector, as the only input the one we have is VGA, and no one has that anymore. Several times now, both senior members and cadets have loaded presentations (.pptx) created in Microsoft PowerPoint with embedded videos. Both just an attached video file (e.g. .mp4) and linked YouTube videos don’t work, the embedded either show the first frame or play with tons of graphical issues, and doesn’t show a player UI and starts the instant the slide is opened. YouTube videos just show the thumbnail and no more. The I am using LibreOffice 6.1.5.2, but can probably update to the latest version if necessary. as it is the version that apt installs. If it helps the machine is a Dell Latitude E4310 with an i3-370m and 4GB of RAM. It is now running Debian 10 with the Raspberry Pi desktop. I attached a test slideshow that I had a friend make me on his laptop. Video Testing.pptx - Google Präsentationen
