Empty column width page in table's property window

Hi, all!

I’m not able to modify the column width of the tables. The relative page in the table’s property window is empty. I have installed LibreOffice via .deb on my Debian 13 yesterday, after a new fresh installation. How could I resolve it?

Thanks.

OS name? Exact LO version (probably a variant of 26.2)? Document format (are you editing an existing one or creating a new one)?

Hi Ajlitoz,

thanks for the replay. I have tried with my personal document model and with a preinstalled one. The result is the same. They are all .odt files. All the information below.

Version: 26.2.2.2 (X86_64)
Build ID: 1f77d10d6938fd34972958f64b2bcfa54f8b1ba5
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.12; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: it-IT (it_IT.UTF-8); UI: it-IT
Calc: threaded

Thanks

Here I am still under 25.8.5.2 because it is the current one in my Fedora 43 distro. It is likely related to issues in the newer release. Sorry, can’t test (yet).

Thanks. Do you suggest to uninstall this version and install one via terminal with “sudo apt install libreoffice”? The flatpack version has an issue about the double-view of the pages.

Generally, versions available through the distro package manager have been tested to be “compatible” (integrated) with the distro. Of course, they lag a bit compared to development status in TDF stores but you benefit from the tests by distro maintainers.

Unless you bump into a clearly identified bug, prefer your distro version. It is updated to a a new tested (and distro-customised) version. And it avoids all the trouble with “alien” installation.

So, yes, uninstall and use apt.

Version: 26.2.2.1 (X86_64)

CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (build 19045); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: es-ES (es_ES); UI: es-ES

  • No problem with the dialog nor with the tables.

May be a test restarting LibreOffice in Safe mode can help
