English auto spell checking

Dear Sirs,

I have WinXP and LO 3.6.4 RU.

With previous versions of LO I have auto spell checking for Russian and English by default.
But, with last version of LO I only have auto spell checking for Russian.

So, could you please tell me:

1. Where is auto spell checking for English?

2. What should I do to add auto spell checking for English?
