Kindly tell is there any eraser tool in libra draw?
What “eraser tool” do you mean?
What is the “Libra”? (the correct name is: LibreOffice Draw)
(Note: The Draw is not a pixelgraphic editor. The Draw is a vectorgraphic editor.)
If you have a polygon shape you can create another polygon shape and subtract the second from the first by Shape > Subtract
If you are working with lines and you have enabled Points (F8) you can select a point and click Split Curve icon to break it at that point.

By eraser tool I mean when I edit my pdf file I can erase or delete some unwanted symbols or words.
Select the word or symbol and press delete.
If the pdf is just an image then right click on the image and select Edit with external tool. It should open in your default bitmap editor, use the tools provided there
