Error in creating New Address Labels file

In attempting to create a new labels file my Database name appears correctly in the Labels creation box but the Table and Database Fields are empty. My Database is correctly registered.

If I try to create a labels file using a previous version I receive the following error message… “The data source “Name & Address Database (DB)” was not found. The connection to the data source could not be established. Please check the connection settings.” Having checked the Connection Settings all looks in order, and the source file is valid, able to be opened and working as normal.

I am running v7.5.8 of LibreOffice; since last using this label facility I have installed Mac OSX 14.1.1 and Java JDK-21.

Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you.
