Error input-output

I can not open or save file LibreOffice. I see error input-output. Help me,

the document file is blocked for editing by the user . Open the document in read-only mode or open a copy of the document to make changes

Check for remainders of any .~lock.<filename># files on the storage device, where your file is stored (same directory).

.~lock.filename.ext#, replace filename.ext with the real filename.

You might get input/output error when trying to save a file if soffice.bin is not allowed in MS Defender Controlled Folder Access, but not when opening a file.

I see it is Microsoft Powerpoint format .pptx file. I wonder if there was a crash when it was last opened/saved? Or possibly related to tdf#113138

To look for the .~lock.<filename># open File Manager, in the tab labelled View tick the box Hidden items. Open the folder in which the file is stored and you should see any lock files.

It seems that saving in LO native format avoids this sort of crash.
