Excel Feature Parity

Is there a roadmap where I can check to see what functions are being discussed for addition to Calc?
Currently I’m wondering if there is any plan to add FILTER() and SORT().

LibreOffice comes with a database component. It can even sort and filter spreadsheets.

Like the Query function in Google Sheets?

I have preexisting sheets that make heavy use of FILTER() and SORT(). Rewriting the sheets to work with Calc is really not an option.

Base is more like MS Access. Both applications work with databases on the local machine or on the local network.
Even the worst, least developed, database application performs much better than MS Excel.

EDIT: I wrote another introduction right now: Loosing created database files - #6 by Villeroy

We are (mostly) Users like you are, but not developers. Search on the bugreport/feature request pages.

You can use the existing filter features of the LO, but those are not Cell functions…
You can control the filters of the LO by some Macros, the result will be so similar to the result of the Excel’s function.
…Or you must use the Excel.

There’s a meta bug tracking such, tdf#150900 .
