Hi,
My document is corrupted, and can’t open.
I can see, this is a known error. I really hope you can help me, please.

Errormessage:
SAXException: [word/document.xml line 2]: Opening and ending tag mismatch: sdtContent line 2 and txbxContent

At least for me, the link leads to a “no access; request access” Google page.

Sorry, it seems the file is too big to uplad ( 2551 kb)
Is there another way to fix this…I can maybe grant access to you on my google drive?

Please make it shared with everyone having the link in your drive. Then you will not need to grant access personally.

Please note that using an external format (DOCX in this case) as the primary working format is very unwise. The support for any external format will always be incomplete. The suggested workflow is using native format with any application (for this case, it would be ODT); and only export to external formats when you need to send the document to someone who can’t open ODT.

Also note that there is LibreOffice version 7.3.4 now, so possibly a bug that resulted in the problem you had was already fixed there. At least simply saving your restored document locally produced a normal document for me.

I actually upgraded today, but to a version 7.3.3.2, I should probably try again.
