I create a custom page of 10 metres width in Draw to accommodate a family tree. This works fine in LO. I then export to PDF but the result is a PDF only 5 metres in width. I know that PDF 1.7 can manage pages of 10 metres width and my understanding is that the width of the PDF is restricted only by the export mechanism. Does anyone know if the LO PDF export is reducing the size here?
I’m attaching both the odg and the exported PDF file for illustration.
Thanks.

If I look at your pdf in Adobe Reader, I see that in the bottom left corner it says 10,000 x 1,300 mm, i.e. 10 m wide
Maybe your pdf reader doesn’t support the size? The sample below has a ruler at 1 m spacing with 10 divisions

Thanks for looking. You may well be on the right track. I usually use Foxit, and that shows the page as being 500 cm wide.
So I checked with Edge, the PDF viewer of which is apparently powered by Adobe Reader. That shows a page size of 6667 × 867 mm!
Firefox says it’s 1000 cm wide, but shows any page that size with content as horribly blurred.
Then I tried Gimp 2.10. That says 500 cm wide.
So it does seem dependent on the viewer.
