F4 doesn't seem to make the whole absolute reference cycle, just adds one $ between the letter and the number

Since LO 5 we got the short key F4 to get the absolute references (eg: A1, $A$1, $A1, A$1) but I only can get A1 and A$1, but nothing else. What’s happening?

How did you get version 7.2.0.4 onto Manjaro (official base Manjaro repository provides 7.1.5.2 on my Manjaro system and no update offered. 7.1.5.2 works as expected using F4)?
