Failed to uncheck the option of 'change slides by clicking on background'

In LibreOffice, I am trying to create a PPT. I tried to uncheck the option of ‘change slides by clicking on background’ in slide show setting. then I saved the PPT and close the PPT file, after that I tried to open the PPT file again, then I found the check is back.

that means the setting cannot be saved

my version of LibreOffice is 25.2.2.2.

Too Long; Didn’t Read: Use .odp.

“change slides by clicking on background” is a feature only existing in LO, and MSO don’t have the option. When you save your file in .ppt(x), the option will definitely lose. Instead, save in .odp, which is supported natively by LO.
