which is better way to solve this problem, just uninstall and re-install program?
If doing above will I lose recent documents history in writer and calc.

If you haven’t done Restart on Windows recently then click Start Menu > Power > Restart (not Power off as default for that is hibernate?!). If all works afterwards then good news, something has happened in Windows and you needed to restart.
If Restart does not work then go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, right-click on LibreOffice and select Repair from the menu.
Uninstalling LibreOffice never touches your files; it does not touch your user profile either. If you still have problems afterwards edit your question or add a comment but from the error it looks like dll damaged
