File too big prompt is wrong

Hello,
I replied on Libre Office dot org and needed to upload a file.
The file is 1.1 MiB and is .odt fomat, however the website prompted error: Sorry, that file is too big (maximum size is 4 MB). Why not upload your large file to a cloud sharing service, then paste the link?
