Filtering rows by a specific value in any column

Hi LO community,

I got a spreadsheet in calc that is an output of an online database. In several columns is text, project titles, and descriptions, etc.

Unfortunately, the output contains all kinds of items irrelevant to me. So I need to filter those out. The problem is, that the database was not very consistently maintained, so if I for example want everything on health, this word might appear in the title column, or the description, or the agency, or in several columns in one row.

Is it possible to filter all rows out in which the term health does NOT appear, no matter the column? If so, how, please?

Thanks a lot for your help.
Best,
Tass.

Filtering? Or just jump to next/prev? May be so?

Gosh, so simple. Thanks.
