Firefox does not find the off-linehelp of LibreOffice

When I select in Writer the Help menu the position Guide of LibreOffice, it opens a page in Firefox telling that it could not find the file /tmp/lu186557fbxy.tmp/NewHelp1.html

In fact I am not able to find any of the directories and not even the file cited in the error communication.

My OS is Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS and I have installed LibreOffice 25.2.5 with the Italian interface and the Italian help. Anyway the problem is present already some years, it was the same with previous versions of LibreOffice.

Thanks for every kind of help

I can think of two things

  • May be your firefox is a snap version? tray to uninstall it and instal a ppa version.
  • Your profile can be corrupted

Thank you, but I guess the problem is not in Firefox. I enlarged the text of my question: I can not find the directions and not even the file where is LibreOffice pointing through Firefox. I think that there must be problem with the installation of the help or with the reference predefined in LibreOffice.
