When we use Dejvu serif the font is rendering with a wide space and sometimes the fonts are overlapped together, is this an issue with the font or an issue with LibreOffice. The issue is only when viewing the file in writer while opening the same file in the MS Word its rendering correctly. it’s also rendering correctly while printing and exporting to PDF.
JustFont BUG.odt see the attached odt file.
Don’t see that bug. Sadly you did not mention your LibreOffice version nor your operating system (but assume Windows).
LibreOffice < Version 7.0
If set, try to disable OpenGL in Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> View -> Category: Graphics Output -> Option: [ ] Use OpenGL for all rendering
and check whether that fixes your problem
LibreOffice >= Version 7.0
If set, try to disable Skia in Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> View -> Category: Graphics Output -> Option: [ ] Use Skia for all rendering
and check whether that fixes/mitigates your problem
If that fixes your problem you may want to file a bug report for that anyway.
Sorry for not mentioning the version, I was on Windows version 7.0.6. It got fixed after changing the zoom parameters.
Displays correctly here. Your document was set 82% zoom. When I apply different zoom factors, I can get various overlapping effects (the more likely the smaller the zoom factor).
I think it is an artefact caused by the zoom factor and the integer arithmetic used by the font renderer. Nothing serious. If you’re disturbed by these artefaccts, change zoom factor. Between 80% and 100% I didn’t notice notable rendering errors.

Yes, you are right, when I change the zoom it started rendering correctly. This issue occurred only in Windows LibreOffice, when I opened the same file in Kubuntu LibreOffice it rendered correctly without even changing the zoom.
