On occasion my report will spill half of a reservation onto a new page (see image). Can I force a new page so this doesn’t happen?

Your question is vague and leaves open other questions.
First it is not clear as to what constitutes a “Reservation”. A guess here is the “#”.
Next is the construction of the report. Are there groupings? If so and it is by “#”, then using Sorting and Grouping:
you can set “Keep Together” to “With First Detail”

I had only sorting (by date and time). I added the # to the report and selected Keep Together With First Detail and that did the trick.
