Forcing landscape vs portrait printing

I have a customized Text document designed to print a sheet of 20x small address labels on label paper measuring 220x270mm. (I use the printer’s manual feed tray.) This document prints correctly on OpenOffice, but on Libre Office it always prints out portrait rather than landscape - i.e. the wrong way.

How do I force LibreOffice to print as “landscape” in this case?
